Q: How long will it take my order to ship?

A: Orders ship within 15 business days.  Giving the nature of the embroidery business, most items are made to order.  If an order is needed sooner, please contact me by email, angel@mustardseedboutique.net and I can offer a rush service for a fee.

Q: What method do you use for shipping?

A: I currently use the United States Postal Service for shipping.  I think they need all the business they can get right now, so lets support the USPS!

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: Absolutely.  I will be more than happy to accommodate fabric and color changes of my designs free of charge within reason.  If a new applique design is requested, a minium of $5 will be added to the cost of the finished product, and production will not begin until payment is made in full.  If a custom logo or design is desired to be stitched on an item, a minimum of a $25 digitizing fee will be added to final price, and once again payment is required in full.   In the event, the order schedule is full I will not be able to accommodate all custom design requests.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the nature of the business, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!   I will only and gladly accept a return is if I made a mistake on monogramming or size.  So please, please, PLEASE give your full name (first, middle, last) for monograms and double check your spelling when ordering any personalized item.
